Payment
Payment is made by PayPal, which is a straightforward and secure way to pay.
PayPal accepts all major credit cards and you do not need to be a member to use the service to send a payment. Your item will be despatched as soon as cleared funds are received. If you have any questions about payment please feel free to contact us at info@silver-soul.com.

Delivery

To Ireland
There is no delivery charge to addresses in Ireland. Packages will be sent by standard An Post delivery. However this does not include insurance or tracking number so if it is lost in the post, it is outside our control and we cannot accept responsibility. Please ask for an insurance quote if you prefer a tracking option.

To Europe and further afield

Returns

If you order an item and it's not what you expected, please contact us for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt. It must be returned with all the original packaging. The cost of return postage will not be covered by Silver Soul Design.
